Be a star like Sharpay

As Sharpay and Ryan are both star performers, they need to eat a healthy diet to make sure that they look and feel their best on stage.


They should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and starchy foods like pasta, rice or noodles. They should also eat some dairy foods such as milk and meat or beans, as these are good sources of protein.


They should also try and lay off too many foods that are high in fat or sugar.


They need to eat a good lunch to make sure that they can concentrate on their afternoon singing and dancing practice – something like a tuna salad sandwich, a yoghurt and some fruit juice would be great, as the tuna is a good source of protein, the yoghurt contains calcium which helps to develop strong bones and teeth, and the juice contains vitamin C and also counts as a portion of fruit.


Now all they have to worry about is remembering their moves and winning the starring role.
