Eat like a Wildcat

As Chad spends so much time practicing with the Wildcats, it is important that he eats a balanced diet to give him all the energy and nutrients he needs, so he doesn’t get tired halfway through a big game!

Chad should eat plenty of foods that contain starchy carbohydrates such as pasta, rice and bread to give him enough energy for his games. Eating foods such as red meat, fish, eggs or pulses that contain protein and minerals such as iron and zinc which will help him to stay healthy and play at his best.

He should also make sure that he eats five portions of fruit and vegetables each day. He should even have enough energy left over to take part in a few dance routines, but don’t tell him that…
