This School Food Trust website is a hub of information about the film High School Musical 3, its characters and themed competitions.

c) not to upload any material that may be deemed to be offensive, libelous, defamatory or inappropriate for children;

Any material that the School Food Trust, or its suppliers, in their absolute discretion deem to contravene these Terms of Use will not appear on the Site.
All information, materials, functions and other content and applications, including Submissions as defined in Section 3 (*Content*), contained on this Site are our copyrighted property or the copyrighted property of our licensors or licensees. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned by us and/or our licensors or licensees.

2. Linking policy

9. Termination
We may immediately terminate these Terms of Use with respect to you (including your access to the Site) in our absolute discretion, including without limitation, if you breach or fail to comply with any material term or provision of these Terms of Use. We ask users to include their email addresses, so that we can contact you to discuss competition entries.
